Thanks for sharing, but i guess one have to use a proxy to get to see that, right? I’ve ne ver been able to use google earth be cause IAM blocks it.. they even blocked wikimapia, it sucks!

Finally Agadir in high resolution but unfortunately we’re still censured by MT and I really don’t know why!!!

if there’s someone to tell the real story I’ll be grateful…

  8. Fahdos Says:

hum o_O!!! i was able to use it without proxy

I personally almost never attempted seriously to explore google earth *sigh*.
Not sure why did IAM censor google earth, but I read somewhere that it might be because it represents the Southern part of the kingdom as separated from Morocco, or the so-called “western sahara”. I truly do not remember where I read that to mention the source.
Anyways, I don’t think that’s a good reason - if that was true- to censor google earth. IAM should be then exploring the whole world wide web to censor maps that divide Morocco. And then what use?

@SM: i personally almost never attempted seriously to explore google earth sigh

dealing w/ google earth w/out a guide is like traveling without a map and the famous Routard book …
as Tao, i advise you to regularly visit the official blog google earth to stay connected to its news and so to easily target those which deserve to be tested …
just for example, i don’t know but may be you will be interested by the famous photographer Yann Bertrand photos which reminds me of the superb Nicola Hulot TV show Ushuai Nature…
any way, i just wanted to say that google earth is not limited only to normal satellite imagery but also it can offer many great others tools and passions…
